Bought ADVANAGE From a Door-to-Door Salesman? How to Reorder the Genuine Wonder Cleaner Online

Oct 20, 2026

It usually starts the same way. Someone knocks, holds up a spray bottle, and cleans a spot on your carpet, your window, or your stovetop while you watch. Maybe you said yes to be polite. Maybe the demo won you over. Either way, a few months later the bottle is empty, you want more, and there is no store to walk into.

If you are wondering why it never shows up on a store shelf, that story is here.

Three Ways to Reorder

Reordering Step by Step

  1. Find your scent. The table below helps if you cannot remember which one you bought.

  2. Pick your size. A quart is $39.95 and includes a free mixing applicator while gift stock lasts. A gallon is $99.95, and a 5-Quart Special is $164.95. All four scents are priced the same.

  3. Check out. Orders ship about one business day after they are processed and usually arrive in three to five business days. Orders over $150 ship free, which means a 5-Quart Special ships free on its own.

The Shipping and Return Policy has the full details, including what to do if something arrives damaged.

Match Your Bottle: Which Scent Did You Buy?

Each formula comes in a concentrate with its own color, which makes identifying it simple. Hold your bottle up to the light, or recall what came out of the cap.

If your concentrate is...

Not sure, or fancy a change? Advanage says every scent delivers the same powerful clean, so your choice comes down to scent alone. That makes the next bottle a chance to switch if you want to.

"He Was Funny and Nice": Stories From People Who Said Yes at the Door

You are not the first person to buy a cleaner from someone knocking on the door, and the reviews on Advanage's own product pages are full of people who did exactly that.

One customer bought a bottle at Christmas from a door-to-door salesman she described as funny and nice, and she assumed she was just helping someone earn a little money over the holidays. She ended up loving the Lavender scent and using the cleaner on mirrors, glass doors, floors, counters, and walls. Another says her household reluctantly bought a bottle from a door-to-door salesperson and has used the concentrate for years since, and that the scent is so light it does not bother her sensitivity to chemical smells.

A longtime customer says a salesperson first sold it to her years ago and she has never stopped buying it. And a fourth says a door-to-door salesman got her started 50 years ago, which makes her a lifer.

That pattern is not an accident. Door-to-door selling has been central to Advanage since 1980, and the demonstration is the whole point: the sales team shows you the cleaner working in your own home, so you see the result before you pay. The same company makes the product whether you bought it in person or reorder it online.

A Salesperson at Your Door Right Now? How to Check

Advanage sells through its own website, its own phone line, and its own representatives. If someone at your door says they represent Advanage, it is reasonable to call the office at (708) 331-8390 during business hours and ask. Look at the product, check that it is ADVANAGE 20X, and take your time. If you are curious about the opportunity yourself, the Distributorships page explains how people become part of the sales team.

Buying Online With Confidence

Online shopping is the easiest way to reorder, and a few habits keep it safe. The Federal Trade Commission's guidance is to check out the seller, read reviews with a critical eye, confirm the refund policy,d look for https in the web address, and to keep a record of your order. Apply the same checklist to any listing for Advanage you see.

The safest route to the genuine product is simple: order from advanage.com, by phone, or through your representative. Those orders come straight from the company, at the prices Advanage lists. A price far below those numbers, or a listing that does not match the product names on this page, is a reason to pause and ask before you buy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a bottle I bought from a door-to-door salesperson?

Possibly, depending on timing. The FTC's Cooling-Off Rule gives you three business days to cancel a sale of $25 or more made at your home, and the seller should have told you about that right. Outside that window, contact the Advanage office at (708) 331-8390 or info@advanage20x.com and explain what happened. Orders placed online follow the return policy on the company's site.

How long will a quart last, so I know when to reorder?

At the 1-ounce starter mix, a quart fills about 32 twenty-ounce spray bottles. If you use two bottles a week, a quart lasts about 16 weeks, and one long-time user says a bottle lasts at least a year. If you reorder when you are about two-thirds through, the new bottle arrives before the old one runs out.

Can I reorder if I live in Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii carry additional processing and shipping charges, and Advanage contacts you within two to three business days with an accurate quote. The cart's country menu also lists a range of other countries, so enter your address at checkout to see what is available for you.

The Company That Sent Your Salesperson

ADVANAGE makes the cleaner, trains the sales team, and answers the phone, so one call settles almost any question about your order. You can contact Advanage directly any time.

Ready to reorder? Shop the Quarts, or start fresh with the 20X Intro Special, a quart plus a free mixing applicator.
